How can we prepare?

Wash well the chaya leaves and put in a blender with water and sugar to your taste. Serve cold or with ice. Also to liquefy you can add ice to take a drink “frappé.”

In this recipe, you can vary the fruit by pitahaya, zaramuyo, sour orange, mandarin, and so on.
